1. Introduction

Vin Media Global (“Vin Media Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Vin Media Global Ads Assistant, an internal AI-assisted reporting and optimization analysis tool for Google Ads.

This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store, protect, disclose, and delete information when authorized users connect to or use the Vin Media Global Ads Assistant.

The tool is intended for authorized Vin Media Global employees and contractors. It is not offered as a public, self-service advertising platform.

2. Information We Access or Collect

Depending on the features used and permissions granted, we may access or process the following categories of information.

2.1 Google account and authorization information

• Google account email address and account identifiers made available through the authorization process.
• Google Ads customer and manager account identifiers.
• OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens required to maintain an authorized connection.
• Information about the permissions and accounts available to the authenticated user.

We do not request or store a user’s Google account password.

2.2 Google Ads data

After an authorized user grants permission, the tool may retrieve Google Ads data from accounts that the user is permitted to access, including:

• Customer and manager account information.
• Campaigns, ad groups, advertisements, assets, and keywords.
• Search terms, targeting settings, audiences, devices, and segments.
• Campaign status, budget information, and bidding strategy information.
• Impressions, clicks, costs, CTR, CPC, conversions, conversion value, CPA, ROAS, and other advertising performance metrics.
• Dates, geographic segments, device segments, and other report dimensions.
• Google Ads API metadata required to prepare valid reporting queries.

The current version of the Vin Media Global Ads Assistant uses Google Ads API data for read-only reporting and analysis. It does not automatically create, modify, enable, pause, or delete campaigns through the API.

2.3 User requests and analysis results

We may process:

• Questions and reporting instructions submitted by authorized users.
• Selected customer IDs, reporting periods, filters, and requested metrics.
• Reports, summaries, diagnostics, and optimization recommendations produced in response to user requests.

2.4 Technical information

We may process limited technical information necessary to operate and protect the tool, such as:

• Authentication and authorization status.
• API request status and error information.
• Time of access and basic operational logs.
• Security and troubleshooting information.

Diagnostic logs are not intended to contain Google passwords, OAuth client secrets, developer tokens, or full credential files.

3. Google OAuth and Google Ads API Permissions

The application uses Google OAuth 2.0 and the following Google Ads authorization scope:

This permission allows the application to access Google Ads accounts authorized by the user. Although the scope may technically support account management functions, the current Vin Media Global Ads Assistant implementation uses it for read-only retrieval, reporting, diagnostics, and optimization analysis.

The tool cannot access Google Ads accounts that the authenticated Google user is not authorized to access.

4. How We Use Information

We use authorized Google Ads data and related information to:

• Authenticate authorized internal users.
• Connect to permitted Google Ads accounts.
• Retrieve campaign structure and performance reports.
• Compare advertising performance across selected periods.
• Monitor budgets, spending, conversions, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, and other relevant metrics.
• Detect unusual changes, inefficient spending, and potential configuration issues.
• Review search terms and prepare potential negative-keyword recommendations.
• Generate reports, summaries, diagnostics, and optimization recommendations.
• Troubleshoot technical and account-access problems.
• Protect the security and reliability of the tool.
• Comply with applicable laws, Google policies, and contractual obligations.

We do not use Google Ads API data for unrelated advertising, consumer profiling, credit decisions, or data-broker activities.

5. AI-Assisted Processing

The tool uses AI agents to help authorized employees formulate read-only reporting queries, summarize results, identify performance trends, and prepare optimization recommendations.

Google Ads query results necessary to answer an authorized user’s request may be processed by a company-approved AI service provider acting as a technology processor. We limit the information provided to what is reasonably necessary for the requested analysis.

OAuth credentials, developer tokens, client secrets, and credential files are not intentionally included in AI prompts.

AI-generated recommendations are informational. Authorized Vin Media Global personnel must review the account context, data, and business objectives before implementing any recommendation manually in Google Ads.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

In particular:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve the reporting and analysis functions described in this policy.
• We do not sell Google user data.
• We do not transfer Google user data to data brokers or information resellers.
• We do not use Google user data for personalized advertising, retargeting, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
• We do not use Google Ads data to train unrelated, publicly available AI models.
• Employees, contractors, agents, and service providers with permitted access must protect the data and follow applicable confidentiality and data-use requirements.

7. When We Share Information

We do not sell or publicly disclose Google Ads data.

We may share limited information only in the following circumstances:

7.1 Authorized personnel

Information may be accessed by Vin Media Global employees and contractors who require it to perform authorized advertising management, analysis, reporting, support, security, or compliance work.

7.2 Technology service providers

Information may be processed by approved providers that support the operation of the tool, such as AI processing, infrastructure, security, or technical-support providers.

These providers may only process information as necessary to provide their services and must not use it for unrelated purposes.

7.3 Legal and security requirements

We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

• Comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Investigate fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations.
• Protect the rights, property, and safety of Vin Media Global, our clients, users, or the public.

7.4 Business changes

If Vin Media Global is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable notice, consent, confidentiality, and legal requirements.

8. Data Storage and Retention

The Google Ads MCP integration retrieves information as needed to answer authorized reporting and analysis requests. The integration is not intended to maintain a separate, permanent warehouse of all Google Ads data.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide authorized reporting and advertising-management services.
• Maintain the authorized Google connection.
• Produce and preserve requested reports.
• Troubleshoot errors and protect the security of the tool.
• Meet contractual, accounting, compliance, or legal obligations.

OAuth tokens may be retained until authorization is revoked, access is no longer required, or the related account or integration is removed.

Saved reports and analysis outputs may be retained for legitimate campaign-management and client-service purposes. Access is restricted to authorized personnel.

When information is no longer reasonably required, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it, subject to applicable technical and legal limitations.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction.

These safeguards may include:

• Limiting access to authorized personnel.
• Using Google OAuth rather than collecting Google passwords.
• Restricting access to OAuth credentials and developer tokens.
• Keeping credentials outside public source-code repositories and user-facing reports.
• Using company-controlled environments for the Google Ads MCP integration.
• Monitoring errors and security events.
• Reviewing and removing unnecessary access.

No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. User Choices and Control

Authorized users can remove the application’s access to their Google account at any time through the Google Account connections page:

Revoking access prevents the application from making new authorized requests. Some previously generated reports may remain where retention is necessary for legitimate business, contractual, security, or legal purposes.

Users may contact us to request:

• Information about personal data associated with their use of the tool.
• Correction of inaccurate information.
• Deletion of stored information, where applicable.
• Withdrawal of consent or termination of an authorized connection.
• Clarification regarding how Google Ads data is processed.

We aim to respond to verified privacy requests within a reasonable period and normally within 30 days, unless additional time is permitted or required by applicable law.

11. International Processing

Some approved technology service providers may process information from locations outside Vietnam. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure that such processing is subject to appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection safeguards.

12. Children’s Privacy

The Vin Media Global Ads Assistant is a business tool and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly request Google Ads account authorization from children.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The tool and our website may contain links to Google or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policies and terms.

This Privacy Policy does not control how Google independently collects or processes information through Google Ads, Google Cloud, Google OAuth, or other Google services.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our tool, data practices, legal obligations, or Google API requirements change.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. If a change materially affects how previously authorized Google user data is used, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain additional consent where required.

1. Giới thiệu

Vin Media Global (“Vin Media Global”, “chúng tôi”) vận hành Vin Media Global Ads Assistant, một công cụ nội bộ có hỗ trợ AI dùng để báo cáo và phân tích tối ưu Google Ads.

Chính sách bảo mật này giải thích cách chúng tôi truy cập, thu thập, sử dụng, lưu trữ, bảo vệ, chia sẻ và xóa thông tin khi người dùng được ủy quyền kết nối hoặc sử dụng Vin Media Global Ads Assistant.

Công cụ dành cho nhân viên và cộng tác viên được ủy quyền của Vin Media Global. Đây không phải nền tảng quảng cáo tự phục vụ dành cho công chúng.

2. Thông tin chúng tôi truy cập hoặc thu thập

Tùy thuộc vào chức năng được sử dụng và quyền được cấp, chúng tôi có thể truy cập hoặc xử lý các loại thông tin sau.

2.1 Thông tin tài khoản Google và quyền truy cập

• Địa chỉ email Google và mã định danh tài khoản được cung cấp trong quá trình cấp quyền.
• Mã tài khoản khách hàng và tài khoản người quản lý Google Ads.
• OAuth access token và refresh token cần thiết để duy trì kết nối đã được cấp quyền.
• Thông tin về quyền và tài khoản mà người dùng đã xác thực có thể truy cập.

Chúng tôi không yêu cầu hoặc lưu mật khẩu tài khoản Google của người dùng.

2.2 Dữ liệu Google Ads

Sau khi người dùng được ủy quyền cấp quyền, công cụ có thể truy xuất dữ liệu từ các tài khoản Google Ads mà người dùng được phép truy cập, bao gồm:

• Thông tin tài khoản khách hàng và tài khoản người quản lý.
• Chiến dịch, nhóm quảng cáo, mẫu quảng cáo, tài sản và từ khóa.
• Cụm từ tìm kiếm, thiết lập nhắm mục tiêu, đối tượng, thiết bị và phân đoạn.
• Trạng thái chiến dịch, ngân sách và chiến lược đặt giá thầu.
• Lượt hiển thị, lượt nhấp, chi phí, CTR, CPC, chuyển đổi, giá trị chuyển đổi, CPA, ROAS và các chỉ số hiệu suất quảng cáo khác.
• Ngày, khu vực địa lý, loại thiết bị và các chiều dữ liệu báo cáo khác.
• Metadata Google Ads API cần thiết để tạo truy vấn báo cáo hợp lệ.

Phiên bản hiện tại của Vin Media Global Ads Assistant sử dụng dữ liệu Google Ads API cho mục đích báo cáo và phân tích chỉ đọc. Công cụ không tự động tạo, sửa, bật, tạm dừng hoặc xóa chiến dịch thông qua API.

2.3 Yêu cầu của người dùng và kết quả phân tích

Chúng tôi có thể xử lý:

• Câu hỏi và yêu cầu báo cáo do người dùng được ủy quyền cung cấp.
• Customer ID, khoảng thời gian, bộ lọc và chỉ số được lựa chọn.
• Báo cáo, bản tóm tắt, kết quả chẩn đoán và đề xuất tối ưu được tạo ra để đáp ứng yêu cầu.

2.4 Thông tin kỹ thuật

Chúng tôi có thể xử lý một lượng giới hạn thông tin kỹ thuật cần thiết để vận hành và bảo vệ công cụ, như:

• Trạng thái xác thực và phân quyền.
• Trạng thái yêu cầu API và thông tin lỗi.
• Thời điểm truy cập và nhật ký vận hành cơ bản.
• Thông tin bảo mật và xử lý sự cố.

Nhật ký chẩn đoán không được thiết kế để chứa mật khẩu Google, OAuth client secret, developer token hoặc toàn bộ tệp thông tin xác thực.

3. Quyền Google OAuth và Google Ads API

Ứng dụng sử dụng Google OAuth 2.0 và phạm vi cấp quyền Google Ads sau:

Quyền này cho phép ứng dụng truy cập các tài khoản Google Ads được người dùng ủy quyền. Mặc dù về mặt kỹ thuật phạm vi này có thể hỗ trợ chức năng quản lý tài khoản, phiên bản hiện tại của Vin Media Global Ads Assistant chỉ sử dụng quyền cho việc truy xuất dữ liệu, báo cáo, chẩn đoán và phân tích tối ưu.

Công cụ không thể truy cập tài khoản Google Ads mà người dùng Google đã xác thực không được phép truy cập.

4. Cách chúng tôi sử dụng thông tin

Chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu Google Ads đã được cấp quyền và thông tin liên quan để:

• Xác thực người dùng nội bộ được ủy quyền.
• Kết nối với tài khoản Google Ads được phép.
• Truy xuất cấu trúc chiến dịch và báo cáo hiệu suất.
• So sánh hiệu suất quảng cáo giữa các giai đoạn.
• Theo dõi ngân sách, chi tiêu, chuyển đổi, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC và các chỉ số liên quan.
• Phát hiện biến động bất thường, chi tiêu kém hiệu quả và lỗi cấu hình tiềm ẩn.
• Kiểm tra cụm từ tìm kiếm và chuẩn bị đề xuất từ khóa phủ định.
• Tạo báo cáo, bản tóm tắt, chẩn đoán và đề xuất tối ưu.
• Xử lý lỗi kỹ thuật và vấn đề quyền truy cập tài khoản.
• Bảo vệ tính an toàn và ổn định của công cụ.
• Tuân thủ pháp luật, chính sách Google và nghĩa vụ hợp đồng áp dụng.

Chúng tôi không sử dụng dữ liệu Google Ads API cho quảng cáo không liên quan, lập hồ sơ người tiêu dùng, quyết định tín dụng hoặc hoạt động môi giới dữ liệu.

5. Xử lý có hỗ trợ AI

Công cụ sử dụng agent AI để hỗ trợ nhân viên được ủy quyền tạo truy vấn báo cáo chỉ đọc, tóm tắt kết quả, xác định xu hướng hiệu suất và chuẩn bị đề xuất tối ưu.

Kết quả truy vấn Google Ads cần thiết để trả lời yêu cầu của người dùng có thể được nhà cung cấp dịch vụ AI đã được công ty phê duyệt xử lý với vai trò nhà cung cấp công nghệ. Chúng tôi giới hạn thông tin được cung cấp ở mức hợp lý cần thiết cho yêu cầu phân tích.

OAuth credential, developer token, client secret và tệp thông tin xác thực không được chủ đích đưa vào prompt AI.

Đề xuất do AI tạo ra chỉ có tính chất cung cấp thông tin. Nhân sự có thẩm quyền của Vin Media Global phải kiểm tra bối cảnh tài khoản, dữ liệu và mục tiêu kinh doanh trước khi thực hiện thủ công bất kỳ đề xuất nào trong Google Ads.

6. Chính sách dữ liệu người dùng Google API và nguyên tắc sử dụng giới hạn

Việc sử dụng thông tin nhận được từ Google API của chúng tôi tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu về Limited Use.

Cụ thể:

• Chúng tôi chỉ sử dụng dữ liệu người dùng Google để cung cấp hoặc cải thiện chức năng báo cáo và phân tích được mô tả trong chính sách này.
• Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu người dùng Google.
• Chúng tôi không chuyển dữ liệu cho nhà môi giới dữ liệu hoặc đơn vị bán lại thông tin.
• Chúng tôi không sử dụng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo cá nhân hóa, tiếp thị lại hoặc quảng cáo dựa trên sở thích.
• Chúng tôi không sử dụng dữ liệu để đánh giá khả năng tín dụng hoặc cho vay.
• Chúng tôi không dùng dữ liệu Google Ads để huấn luyện các mô hình AI công khai không liên quan.
• Nhân viên, cộng tác viên, agent và nhà cung cấp dịch vụ được phép truy cập phải bảo vệ dữ liệu và tuân thủ các yêu cầu bảo mật, sử dụng dữ liệu áp dụng.

7. Trường hợp chúng tôi chia sẻ thông tin

Chúng tôi không bán hoặc công khai dữ liệu Google Ads.

Thông tin chỉ có thể được chia sẻ trong những trường hợp giới hạn sau:

7.1 Nhân sự được ủy quyền

Nhân viên và cộng tác viên Vin Media Global cần dữ liệu để thực hiện công việc quản lý quảng cáo, phân tích, báo cáo, hỗ trợ, bảo mật hoặc tuân thủ đã được ủy quyền có thể được truy cập thông tin.

7.2 Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ công nghệ

Thông tin có thể được xử lý bởi nhà cung cấp đã được phê duyệt hỗ trợ vận hành công cụ, như nhà cung cấp AI, hạ tầng, bảo mật hoặc hỗ trợ kỹ thuật.

Các nhà cung cấp này chỉ được xử lý thông tin trong phạm vi cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ và không được sử dụng dữ liệu cho mục đích không liên quan.

7.3 Yêu cầu pháp lý và bảo mật

Chúng tôi có thể cung cấp thông tin khi cần thiết hợp lý để:

• Tuân thủ pháp luật, quy định, quy trình pháp lý hoặc yêu cầu của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
• Điều tra gian lận, lạm dụng, sự cố bảo mật hoặc vi phạm.
• Bảo vệ quyền, tài sản và sự an toàn của Vin Media Global, khách hàng, người dùng hoặc công chúng.

7.4 Thay đổi doanh nghiệp

Nếu Vin Media Global thực hiện sáp nhập, mua bán, tái cấu trúc hoặc chuyển nhượng tài sản, thông tin có thể được chuyển giao như một phần của giao dịch, tùy thuộc yêu cầu thông báo, đồng ý, bảo mật và pháp luật áp dụng.

8. Lưu trữ và thời gian lưu giữ dữ liệu

Tích hợp Google Ads MCP truy xuất thông tin khi cần để trả lời yêu cầu báo cáo và phân tích được ủy quyền. Tích hợp không được thiết kế để duy trì một kho dữ liệu lâu dài riêng chứa toàn bộ dữ liệu Google Ads.

Chúng tôi chỉ lưu thông tin trong thời gian hợp lý cần thiết để:

• Cung cấp dịch vụ báo cáo và quản lý quảng cáo đã được ủy quyền.
• Duy trì kết nối Google được cấp quyền.
• Tạo và lưu báo cáo được yêu cầu.
• Xử lý lỗi và bảo vệ an toàn cho công cụ.
• Thực hiện nghĩa vụ hợp đồng, kế toán, tuân thủ hoặc pháp lý.

OAuth token có thể được lưu đến khi người dùng thu hồi quyền, quyền truy cập không còn cần thiết hoặc tài khoản/tích hợp liên quan bị gỡ bỏ.

Báo cáo và kết quả phân tích được lưu có thể được giữ lại cho nhu cầu quản lý chiến dịch và phục vụ khách hàng hợp pháp. Quyền truy cập được giới hạn cho nhân sự được ủy quyền.

Khi thông tin không còn cần thiết hợp lý, chúng tôi sẽ xóa, ẩn danh hoặc tiêu hủy an toàn, tùy thuộc giới hạn kỹ thuật và pháp lý áp dụng.

9. Bảo mật dữ liệu

Chúng tôi sử dụng các biện pháp quản trị, kỹ thuật và tổ chức hợp lý để bảo vệ thông tin khỏi truy cập, cung cấp, sửa đổi, mất mát hoặc phá hủy trái phép.

Các biện pháp có thể bao gồm:

• Giới hạn truy cập cho nhân sự được ủy quyền.
• Sử dụng Google OAuth thay vì thu thập mật khẩu Google.
• Hạn chế quyền truy cập OAuth credential và developer token.
• Không đưa thông tin xác thực vào kho mã công khai và báo cáo dành cho người dùng.
• Vận hành tích hợp Google Ads MCP trong môi trường do công ty kiểm soát.
• Theo dõi lỗi và sự kiện bảo mật.
• Kiểm tra và gỡ bỏ quyền không còn cần thiết.

Không có phương thức lưu trữ hoặc truyền tải điện tử nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Vì vậy, chúng tôi không thể đảm bảo mức độ an toàn tuyệt đối.

10. Lựa chọn và quyền kiểm soát của người dùng

Người dùng được ủy quyền có thể gỡ quyền truy cập của ứng dụng khỏi tài khoản Google bất kỳ lúc nào tại:

Việc thu hồi quyền sẽ ngăn ứng dụng thực hiện yêu cầu mới. Một số báo cáo đã được tạo có thể tiếp tục được lưu nếu cần cho mục đích kinh doanh, hợp đồng, bảo mật hoặc pháp lý hợp pháp.

Người dùng có thể liên hệ với chúng tôi để yêu cầu:

• Cung cấp thông tin về dữ liệu cá nhân liên quan đến việc sử dụng công cụ.
• Sửa thông tin không chính xác.
• Xóa thông tin đã lưu khi áp dụng.
• Rút lại sự đồng ý hoặc chấm dứt kết nối được ủy quyền.
• Giải thích cách dữ liệu Google Ads được xử lý.

Chúng tôi cố gắng phản hồi yêu cầu bảo mật đã được xác minh trong thời gian hợp lý và thông thường trong vòng 30 ngày, trừ khi pháp luật cho phép hoặc yêu cầu thời gian khác.

11. Xử lý dữ liệu quốc tế

Một số nhà cung cấp dịch vụ công nghệ đã được phê duyệt có thể xử lý thông tin tại địa điểm ngoài Việt Nam. Khi áp dụng, chúng tôi thực hiện các biện pháp hợp lý để bảo đảm hoạt động xử lý tuân theo yêu cầu bảo mật, an toàn và bảo vệ dữ liệu phù hợp.

12. Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em

Vin Media Global Ads Assistant là công cụ dành cho hoạt động kinh doanh và không hướng đến trẻ em. Chúng tôi không chủ đích yêu cầu trẻ em cấp quyền truy cập tài khoản Google Ads.

13. Dịch vụ và liên kết của bên thứ ba

Công cụ và website có thể chứa liên kết tới Google hoặc dịch vụ của bên thứ ba. Hoạt động bảo mật của họ được điều chỉnh bởi chính sách và điều khoản riêng.

Chính sách này không kiểm soát cách Google thu thập hoặc xử lý thông tin độc lập thông qua Google Ads, Google Cloud, Google OAuth hoặc các dịch vụ Google khác.

14. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách này khi công cụ, cách xử lý dữ liệu, nghĩa vụ pháp lý hoặc yêu cầu Google API thay đổi.

Phiên bản cập nhật sẽ được đăng trên trang này cùng ngày “Cập nhật lần cuối” mới. Nếu thay đổi ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến cách sử dụng dữ liệu Google đã được cấp quyền trước đó, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo và lấy thêm sự đồng ý khi cần.
