Google User Data Disclosure Summary

This section provides a clear summary of how Vin Media Global Ads Assistant handles Google user data when you use the Application.

Google user data accessed

Basic Google profile data: name, email address, profile information, and Google account identifiers.
OAuth authorization data: access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, token status, and connected-account identifiers.
Google Ads data: customer and manager account IDs, campaigns, ad groups, ads, assets, keywords, budgets, targeting settings, search terms, conversions, costs, and performance metrics.
YouTube data: channel ID and profile, videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, playlists, publishing status, scheduled publishing information, and YouTube Analytics reports.

How Google user data is used

Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing Application features: authenticating the user; connecting accounts selected by the user; retrieving authorized Google Ads and YouTube information; generating requested reports and analysis; uploading, scheduling, publishing, and managing video content at the user’s direction; submitting video metadata and setting thumbnails; performing user-requested Google Ads management actions when enabled; displaying YouTube Analytics; maintaining the authorized connection; and providing security and technical support.

Storage and protection

OAuth tokens are stored server-side in access-restricted environments and are not exposed in public pages or client-side code. We use HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit, access controls, least-privilege permissions, credential separation, security monitoring, and encryption at rest where supported by the hosting or storage service. We do not collect or store Google passwords.

Sharing, transfer, and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data or disclose it for advertising, retargeting, data-broker, credit, lending, surveillance, or unrelated purposes. Data is shared only with authorized Vin Media Global personnel and contracted technology processors when necessary to provide the Application, maintain infrastructure, secure the service, fulfill the user’s request, or comply with law. Those recipients are required to process data only on our instructions and for the disclosed purpose.

AI and machine-learning restriction

Google user data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized, non-personalized, or publicly available artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. Where an approved AI processor assists with a user-requested feature, only the minimum necessary data is processed to provide that feature, and OAuth tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, passwords, developer tokens, and credential files are excluded.

Retention, revocation, and deletion

OAuth tokens are retained only while the user-authorized connection is active and required to provide the Application. Other Google user data is retained only for the period necessary to provide requested features, reports, support, security, or comply with law. Users may revoke access through the Application or Google Security Settings. After revocation, account deletion, or a verified deletion request, the relevant tokens and stored YouTube Authorized Data are deleted as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days, except where retention is legally required. Users can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing contact@vinmediaglobal.com.

1. Introduction

Vin Media Global (“Vin Media Global,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates tools supporting Google Ads and the Vin Media Global Ads Assistant platform (collectively, the “Application”). The Application enables authorized users to connect, manage, publish, schedule, and analyze data from Google Ads, YouTube, and supported social platforms.

The Application may be used by authorized employees, contractors, clients, and organizations acting under a user’s authorization. This Privacy Policy explains how we access, collect, use, store, protect, share, retain, and delete data.

2. Data We Access or Process

Depending on the enabled service and the permissions granted by the user, we may process:

Name, email address, profile information, and account identifiers.
OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens needed to maintain an authorized connection.
Google Ads customer and manager account information.
Campaigns, ad groups, advertisements, assets, keywords, budgets, targeting settings, and performance metrics.
YouTube channel information, channel ID, and channel profile.
Videos, titles, descriptions, thumbnails, publishing status, schedules, and playlists.
YouTube Analytics reports and metrics.
Content, publishing schedules, reports, instructions, and requests submitted by users.
Limited technical information, error logs, security events, and connection status.

We do not request or store a user’s Google password.

3. Google Ads access and account management

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords permits access to Google Ads accounts that the user is authorized to manage. Vin Media Global Ads Assistant uses this access to read account, campaign, ad group, ad, keyword, budget, targeting and performance data; produce reports and recommendations; and carry out account-management actions requested by an authorized user when the relevant feature is enabled.

Management actions can include creating or updating campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords and budgets, and changing campaign status. The Application is not limited to read-only reporting. An OAuth permission does not itself initiate a change: actions must follow the user’s instructions, approved workflow and access rights. Google Ads account access and enabled features determine which operations are available.

4. Google account and YouTube permissions

The social publishing service is available at designvibe.io.vn, where its interface is called Auto Social. It is operated by Vin Media Global under the OAuth application name Vin Media Global Ads Assistant. The following permissions relate to that service:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email: read the Google email address to identify the account that the user connects.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile: read the account identifier, name and profile picture to display and maintain the correct account connection.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly: read the authorized channel’s identifier, name, image and statistics, and video metadata and statistics, to identify the channel and display publishing results.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload: upload the user’s selected video, submit its title, description, tags and privacy setting, and set the selected custom thumbnail. The Application uses the user’s publishing schedule to determine when to submit a queued video.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly: read non-monetary YouTube Analytics reports, such as views, watch time, average view duration, likes and subscriber changes, for the authorized channel.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube: a broad YouTube account-management permission included in the current integration. Its use in the current publishing workflow is limited to the channel, video and thumbnail operations described above.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl: a permission that can authorize viewing, editing and deleting YouTube videos, ratings, comments and captions. The current integration uses it for the publishing operations described above; it is not a separate permission for enabling HTTPS encryption.

Some listed YouTube permissions overlap. A permission’s full technical reach does not mean the Application provides or performs every action it permits. The current social publishing workflow does not provide Content ID claims, partner-asset management, playlist editing, comment moderation, caption editing or deletion of existing YouTube videos. Google Ads access is requested for the Ads service; connecting a YouTube channel does not by itself authorize access to Google Ads.

Users choose the accounts they connect and the videos, metadata, visibility and publishing times they submit. They can decline authorization or revoke it using the links in Section 10. Changes to enabled functions or data use will be reflected in this policy and consent will be requested where required.

5. TikTok Data and Permissions

When a user connects TikTok to Autosocial, TikTok displays an authorization screen and the user decides which permissions to grant. Depending on enabled features and granted scopes, we may process:

user.info.basic: TikTok open ID, avatar, and display name, used to identify and display the connected account.
user.info.profile: username, profile links, biography, and verification status, used to display the authorized profile.
user.info.stats: follower, following, likes, and video counts, used to provide account-level reporting to the authorized user.
video.list: identifiers, metadata, cover images, and engagement information for the user’s public TikTok videos, used to display content and performance reporting.
video.publish: permission to send content for direct publication only after the authorized user reviews the post settings and expressly confirms publishing.
video.upload: permission to send selected content to the user’s TikTok drafts for further editing and publication in TikTok.

Autosocial uses TikTok data only to provide the user-facing account connection, publishing, scheduling, status, and reporting features requested by the user. We do not sell TikTok data, use it for unrelated advertising or data-broker activities, or publish content merely because an account is connected. Users retain control over the video, editable caption, available privacy setting, permitted interaction settings, commercial-content disclosure, and final upload or publishing instruction.

TikTok OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored server-side with restricted access and are used only to maintain the authorized connection and perform user-requested operations. TikTok credentials and tokens are not exposed in public pages or intentionally included in AI prompts.

Users may disconnect TikTok within Autosocial or revoke access through TikTok’s account settings. Following disconnection, revocation, account deletion, or a verified deletion request, we delete stored TikTok tokens and associated data that are no longer required to provide the service, subject to legal and security retention obligations. A deletion request may be sent to contact@vinmediaglobal.com. Deleting data held by Autosocial does not delete content held by TikTok; users must manage TikTok-hosted content through TikTok.

TikTok independently processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Our use of TikTok developer products is also subject to applicable TikTok developer and content-sharing requirements.

LinkedIn Data and Permissions

Auto Social allows authorized users to connect and manage LinkedIn Pages and, where enabled, LinkedIn profiles through LinkedIn OAuth. The Application only acts after the user grants permission and only within the access rights assigned to that authenticated LinkedIn member.

LinkedIn data we access

Depending on the features enabled and permissions granted, we may process:

Basic authenticated-member information, such as LinkedIn member identifier, name, profile image, and other basic profile information returned through the authorized sign-in flow.
OAuth authorization data, including access tokens, refresh tokens where issued, granted scopes, token status, and connected-account identifiers.
LinkedIn organization Page identifiers and profile information, including Page name, vanity name, logo, and the authenticated member’s Page administrator role.
Content and media that an authorized user creates, uploads, schedules, or publishes through Auto Social.
LinkedIn Page posts, publishing status, comments, reactions, mentions, and aggregate Page or post analytics where the corresponding feature is enabled.
Limited technical logs and error responses needed to maintain the authorized connection, complete requested publishing operations, prevent duplicate publishing, and provide security or technical support.

How LinkedIn data is used

LinkedIn data is used only to provide user-facing Page or profile management functions requested by an authorized user: authenticating the user; identifying the LinkedIn Pages the user is permitted to manage; connecting a selected Page or profile; preparing, scheduling, and publishing content and media; displaying publishing status; and, where enabled, displaying Page content, comments, reactions, mentions, or aggregate performance information to users associated with the relevant Page or profile.

Connecting an account does not itself publish content. Publication or another write action occurs only after an authorized user submits or schedules that action through the Application.

LinkedIn data restrictions

We do not scrape LinkedIn; create or use fake accounts; sell LinkedIn data; use LinkedIn member data for advertising targeting, sales prospecting, recruiting, lead generation, audience building, mass messaging, credit decisions, surveillance, data-broker activities, or CRM enrichment; or combine LinkedIn member data with third-party data to create or enhance profiles or leads. LinkedIn member data is not made available for export or transfer and is displayed only within the Application to users associated with the relevant LinkedIn Page or profile, except where disclosure is required by law.

LinkedIn data retention

We retain or cache LinkedIn data only for the period necessary to provide the authorized feature and never longer than the applicable LinkedIn requirements. In particular:

Profile information of LinkedIn members other than the member who authenticated is cached for no more than 24 hours.
Member social activity data, such as member posts, comments, reactions, and mentions, is retained for no more than 48 hours.
Organization social activity is retained for no more than six weeks, or up to six months when it relates to an organization Page authenticated into the Application.
Organization profile data for an authenticated organization is retained for no more than eight weeks. For an organization that has not authenticated, organization profile data is not stored except that the organization name and logo URL may be cached for up to 30 days.
LinkedIn Page administration and aggregate reporting data is retained for no more than one year.

Shorter periods apply where data is no longer required, the user disconnects the account, consent is withdrawn, deletion is requested, or LinkedIn’s terms require earlier deletion. Content independently provided by the user, rather than retrieved from LinkedIn APIs, may be retained as part of the user’s drafts or publishing records until the user deletes it or closes the account.

Revocation and deletion

Users may disconnect LinkedIn within Auto Social and may also revoke access through LinkedIn’s permitted-services settings. After disconnection, revocation, account deletion, or a verified deletion request, we delete the applicable LinkedIn OAuth tokens and LinkedIn data that is no longer required, subject only to legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations. Requests for access, correction, or deletion may be sent to contact@vinmediaglobal.com. Deleting data held by Auto Social does not delete content already published and held by LinkedIn; users must manage LinkedIn-hosted content through LinkedIn or another authorized client.

LinkedIn independently processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Our use of LinkedIn APIs and data is also subject to the applicable LinkedIn API terms, Marketing API Program terms, documentation, and data-storage requirements.

6. How We Use Data

We use authorized data to:

Provide Google Ads and social publishing features.
Authenticate users and connect authorized accounts.
Create reports, analysis, diagnostics, and optimization recommendations.
Upload, schedule, publish, and manage content at the user’s direction.
Maintain account connections and resolve technical errors.
Protect users, accounts, and the security and reliability of the Application.
Comply with applicable law, contractual obligations, and Google policies.

We do not sell Google or YouTube user data. We do not use it for personalized advertising, retargeting, consumer credit decisions, surveillance, or data-broker activities. We do not use Google user data to train unrelated publicly available AI models.

6. AI-Assisted Processing

Some analysis and content-assistance features may use approved AI service providers acting as technology processors. Only data reasonably necessary to fulfill the user’s request is submitted for processing. OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, client secrets, passwords, developer tokens, and credential files are not intentionally included in AI prompts. AI-generated suggestions are reviewed or initiated by authorized users before actions are taken on connected accounts.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements, and with applicable YouTube API Services Developer Policies.

Google user data is used only to provide or improve the user-facing functions described in this policy. Human access is limited to cases where the user gives affirmative permission, access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, access is required by law, or data is aggregated and anonymized for permitted internal operations.

8. Data Sharing and Service Providers

Data may be accessed on a need-to-know basis by:

Vin Media Global personnel and contractors authorized to provide requested services, support, security, or compliance work.
Approved infrastructure, hosting, security, AI, analytics, and technical-support providers acting on our instructions.
Competent authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.

Service providers may process data only as necessary to provide their contracted services and may not use it for unrelated purposes. We do not publicly disclose or sell Google or YouTube API data.

9. Storage and Security

OAuth tokens and related data are stored in environments controlled by us or approved processors. We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards, including access controls, least-privilege permissions, encrypted transport, credential separation, security monitoring, and restricted access to production systems. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Retention, Revocation, and Deletion

We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain the user-authorized connection, preserve requested reports, provide support, protect security, and meet legal or contractual obligations.

Users may disconnect an account within the Application or revoke access through Google Security Settings or Google Account Connections.
When revocation occurs through the Application, we will revoke the relevant token programmatically as soon as practicable.
Following revocation, account deletion, or a verified deletion request, we delete stored YouTube Authorized Data associated with that consent as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days, except where retention is required by law.
We periodically confirm that authorization tokens remain valid and delete associated API data when authorization can no longer be refreshed, as required by applicable YouTube policies.
Deleting data stored by the Application does not delete content or data held by YouTube. Users must use YouTube or an authorized client that supports deletion to delete data from YouTube itself.

11. User Rights and Choices

Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data; request deletion of OAuth tokens; withdraw consent; or ask how their Google data is processed. Requests may be sent to contact@vinmediaglobal.com. We verify requests and normally respond within 30 days. Requests to delete stored YouTube Authorized Data are completed as soon as possible and within 7 calendar days.

12. International Processing

Approved service providers may process data outside Vietnam. Where applicable, we take reasonable measures to require appropriate confidentiality, security, and data-protection safeguards.

13. Children’s Privacy

The Application is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly request Google account authorization from children.

14. Third-Party Services

Google and other third-party services operate under their own privacy policies and terms. This policy does not control how those providers independently collect or process information through their services.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when the Application, our data practices, applicable law, or Google requirements change. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. If a material change affects the use of previously authorized Google user data, we will provide appropriate notice and obtain additional consent where required.

3. Quyền truy cập và quản lý Google Ads

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload: tải lên video do người dùng chọn, gửi tiêu đề, mô tả, thẻ, chế độ hiển thị và đặt thumbnail tùy chỉnh đã chọn. Ứng dụng sử dụng lịch do người dùng đặt để xác định thời điểm gửi video đang chờ đăng.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly: đọc báo cáo YouTube Analytics không bao gồm doanh thu, như lượt xem, thời gian xem, thời lượng xem trung bình, lượt thích và thay đổi người đăng ký của kênh được cấp quyền.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube: quyền quản lý tài khoản YouTube phạm vi rộng có trong tích hợp hiện tại. Trong quy trình xuất bản hiện tại, quyền này chỉ được dùng cho các thao tác kênh, video và thumbnail đã mô tả ở trên.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl: quyền có thể cho phép xem, sửa và xóa video, lượt đánh giá, bình luận và phụ đề YouTube. Tích hợp hiện tại sử dụng quyền này cho các thao tác xuất bản đã mô tả; đây không phải quyền riêng để bật mã hóa HTTPS.

Một số quyền YouTube trong danh sách có phạm vi chồng lấn. Phạm vi kỹ thuật của một quyền không có nghĩa Ứng dụng cung cấp hoặc thực hiện mọi thao tác mà quyền đó cho phép. Quy trình xuất bản hiện tại không cung cấp chức năng Content ID, quản lý tài sản đối tác, sửa danh sách phát, kiểm duyệt bình luận, sửa phụ đề hoặc xóa video đã tồn tại trên YouTube. Quyền Google Ads được yêu cầu cho dịch vụ Ads; kết nối kênh YouTube không tự cấp quyền truy cập Google Ads.

Người dùng chọn tài khoản kết nối, video, metadata, chế độ hiển thị và thời gian đăng. Người dùng có thể từ chối cấp quyền hoặc thu hồi quyền theo các liên kết tại Mục 10. Thay đổi về chức năng hoặc cách dùng dữ liệu sẽ được cập nhật trong chính sách và xin sự đồng ý khi cần.

5. Dữ liệu và quyền TikTok

Khi người dùng kết nối TikTok với Autosocial, TikTok hiển thị màn hình cấp quyền và người dùng quyết định quyền nào được chấp thuận. Tùy chức năng được bật và scope đã cấp, chúng tôi có thể xử lý:

user.info.basic: open ID TikTok, ảnh đại diện và tên hiển thị để nhận diện và hiển thị đúng tài khoản đã kết nối.
user.info.profile: tên người dùng, liên kết hồ sơ, tiểu sử và trạng thái xác minh để hiển thị hồ sơ được ủy quyền.
user.info.stats: số người theo dõi, đang theo dõi, lượt thích và số video để cung cấp báo cáo cấp tài khoản cho người dùng được ủy quyền.
video.list: mã định danh, metadata, ảnh bìa và thông tin tương tác của video TikTok công khai để hiển thị nội dung và báo cáo hiệu suất.
video.publish: quyền gửi nội dung để đăng trực tiếp chỉ sau khi người dùng được ủy quyền xem lại cài đặt và xác nhận rõ ràng việc xuất bản.
video.upload: quyền gửi nội dung đã chọn vào bản nháp TikTok để người dùng tiếp tục chỉnh sửa và xuất bản trên TikTok.

Autosocial chỉ sử dụng dữ liệu TikTok để cung cấp chức năng kết nối tài khoản, xuất bản, lên lịch, trạng thái và báo cáo trực tiếp do người dùng yêu cầu. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu TikTok, không sử dụng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo không liên quan hoặc môi giới dữ liệu, và không tự đăng nội dung chỉ vì một tài khoản đã được kết nối. Người dùng kiểm soát video, chú thích có thể chỉnh sửa, chế độ riêng tư có sẵn, cài đặt tương tác được phép, khai báo nội dung thương mại và chỉ dẫn tải lên hoặc xuất bản cuối cùng.

Access token và refresh token OAuth TikTok được lưu phía máy chủ với quyền truy cập hạn chế, chỉ dùng để duy trì kết nối được ủy quyền và thực hiện thao tác do người dùng yêu cầu. Thông tin xác thực và token TikTok không được hiển thị trên trang công khai hoặc chủ đích đưa vào prompt AI.

Người dùng có thể ngắt kết nối TikTok trong Autosocial hoặc thu hồi quyền tại phần cài đặt tài khoản TikTok. Sau khi ngắt kết nối, thu hồi quyền, xóa tài khoản hoặc nhận yêu cầu xóa hợp lệ, chúng tôi xóa token TikTok và dữ liệu liên quan không còn cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ, trừ nghĩa vụ lưu giữ theo pháp luật hoặc bảo mật. Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu có thể gửi đến contact@vinmediaglobal.com. Việc xóa dữ liệu do Autosocial lưu không xóa nội dung do TikTok lưu; người dùng phải quản lý nội dung trên TikTok thông qua TikTok.

TikTok độc lập xử lý thông tin theo điều khoản và chính sách bảo mật của TikTok. Việc chúng tôi sử dụng sản phẩm dành cho nhà phát triển TikTok cũng tuân theo các yêu cầu hiện hành của TikTok dành cho nhà phát triển và chia sẻ nội dung.

Dữ liệu và quyền LinkedIn

Auto Social cho phép người dùng được ủy quyền kết nối và quản lý Trang LinkedIn và, khi tính năng tương ứng được bật, hồ sơ LinkedIn thông qua OAuth của LinkedIn. Ứng dụng chỉ thực hiện thao tác sau khi người dùng cấp quyền và chỉ trong phạm vi quyền truy cập được gán cho thành viên LinkedIn đã xác thực.

Dữ liệu LinkedIn chúng tôi truy cập

Tùy theo tính năng được bật và quyền người dùng cấp, chúng tôi có thể xử lý:

Thông tin cơ bản của thành viên đã xác thực, như mã định danh thành viên LinkedIn, tên, ảnh hồ sơ và thông tin hồ sơ cơ bản khác được trả về qua quy trình đăng nhập đã cấp quyền.
Dữ liệu cấp quyền OAuth, gồm access token, refresh token khi được cấp, các scope đã cấp, trạng thái token và mã định danh tài khoản đã kết nối.
Mã định danh và thông tin hồ sơ Trang tổ chức LinkedIn, gồm tên Trang, vanity name, logo và vai trò quản trị Trang của thành viên đã xác thực.
Nội dung và tệp phương tiện do người dùng được ủy quyền tạo, tải lên, lên lịch hoặc xuất bản thông qua Auto Social.
Bài đăng của Trang LinkedIn, trạng thái xuất bản, bình luận, lượt tương tác, lượt đề cập và dữ liệu phân tích tổng hợp của Trang hoặc bài đăng khi tính năng tương ứng được bật.
Nhật ký kỹ thuật và phản hồi lỗi giới hạn cần thiết để duy trì kết nối đã cấp quyền, hoàn tất thao tác xuất bản theo yêu cầu, ngăn đăng trùng và cung cấp hỗ trợ bảo mật hoặc kỹ thuật.

Cách chúng tôi sử dụng dữ liệu LinkedIn

Dữ liệu LinkedIn chỉ được dùng để cung cấp các chức năng quản lý Trang hoặc hồ sơ trực tiếp cho người dùng theo yêu cầu của người có thẩm quyền: xác thực người dùng; xác định các Trang LinkedIn mà người dùng được phép quản lý; kết nối Trang hoặc hồ sơ do người dùng chọn; chuẩn bị, lên lịch và xuất bản nội dung, tệp phương tiện; hiển thị trạng thái xuất bản; và, khi được bật, hiển thị nội dung Trang, bình luận, lượt tương tác, lượt đề cập hoặc thông tin hiệu suất tổng hợp cho người dùng có liên quan đến Trang hoặc hồ sơ tương ứng.

Việc kết nối tài khoản không tự động làm nội dung được xuất bản. Hoạt động xuất bản hoặc thao tác ghi khác chỉ diễn ra sau khi người dùng được ủy quyền gửi hoặc lên lịch thao tác đó thông qua Ứng dụng.

Hạn chế sử dụng dữ liệu LinkedIn

Chúng tôi không thu thập dữ liệu LinkedIn bằng phương thức scraping; không tạo hoặc sử dụng tài khoản giả; không bán dữ liệu LinkedIn; không dùng dữ liệu thành viên LinkedIn để nhắm mục tiêu quảng cáo, tìm kiếm khách hàng bán hàng, tuyển dụng, tạo khách hàng tiềm năng, xây dựng tệp đối tượng, gửi tin nhắn hàng loạt, quyết định tín dụng, giám sát, môi giới dữ liệu hoặc làm giàu dữ liệu CRM; và không kết hợp dữ liệu thành viên LinkedIn với dữ liệu bên thứ ba để tạo hoặc bổ sung hồ sơ hay khách hàng tiềm năng. Dữ liệu thành viên LinkedIn không được cung cấp để xuất hoặc chuyển giao và chỉ được hiển thị trong Ứng dụng cho người dùng có liên quan đến Trang hoặc hồ sơ LinkedIn tương ứng, trừ trường hợp pháp luật yêu cầu tiết lộ.

Thời gian lưu giữ dữ liệu LinkedIn

Chúng tôi chỉ lưu giữ hoặc lưu đệm dữ liệu LinkedIn trong thời gian cần thiết để cung cấp tính năng đã được cấp quyền và không vượt quá các giới hạn áp dụng của LinkedIn. Cụ thể:

Thông tin hồ sơ của thành viên LinkedIn không phải là thành viên trực tiếp xác thực được lưu đệm không quá 24 giờ.
Dữ liệu hoạt động xã hội của thành viên, như bài đăng, bình luận, lượt tương tác và lượt đề cập, được lưu không quá 48 giờ.
Hoạt động xã hội của tổ chức được lưu không quá sáu tuần, hoặc tối đa sáu tháng nếu liên quan đến Trang tổ chức đã xác thực với Ứng dụng.
Dữ liệu hồ sơ tổ chức đã xác thực được lưu không quá tám tuần. Với tổ chức chưa xác thực, dữ liệu hồ sơ tổ chức không được lưu, ngoại trừ tên tổ chức và URL logo có thể được lưu đệm tối đa 30 ngày.
Dữ liệu quản trị Trang LinkedIn và báo cáo tổng hợp được lưu không quá một năm.

Thời hạn ngắn hơn được áp dụng khi dữ liệu không còn cần thiết, người dùng ngắt kết nối tài khoản, rút lại sự đồng ý, yêu cầu xóa hoặc điều khoản của LinkedIn yêu cầu xóa sớm hơn. Nội dung do người dùng tự cung cấp, thay vì được truy xuất từ API LinkedIn, có thể được lưu trong bản nháp hoặc lịch sử xuất bản của người dùng cho đến khi người dùng xóa nội dung hoặc đóng tài khoản.

Thu hồi quyền và xóa dữ liệu

Người dùng có thể ngắt kết nối LinkedIn trong Auto Social và cũng có thể thu hồi quyền trong phần cài đặt dịch vụ được phép của LinkedIn. Sau khi ngắt kết nối, thu hồi quyền, xóa tài khoản hoặc có yêu cầu xóa hợp lệ, chúng tôi xóa các OAuth token LinkedIn áp dụng và dữ liệu LinkedIn không còn cần thiết, chỉ ngoại trừ nghĩa vụ lưu giữ phục vụ pháp lý, bảo mật hoặc phòng chống gian lận. Yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu có thể gửi đến contact@vinmediaglobal.com. Việc xóa dữ liệu do Auto Social lưu không xóa nội dung đã xuất bản và đang được LinkedIn lưu; người dùng phải quản lý nội dung trên LinkedIn thông qua LinkedIn hoặc ứng dụng khách được ủy quyền khác.

LinkedIn xử lý thông tin độc lập theo điều khoản và chính sách bảo mật riêng. Việc chúng tôi sử dụng API và dữ liệu LinkedIn cũng tuân theo điều khoản API, điều khoản Chương trình Marketing API, tài liệu và yêu cầu lưu trữ dữ liệu hiện hành của LinkedIn.

6. Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu

Cung cấp chức năng Google Ads và xuất bản nội dung mạng xã hội.
Xác thực người dùng và kết nối tài khoản được ủy quyền.
Tạo báo cáo, phân tích, chẩn đoán và đề xuất tối ưu.
Upload, lên lịch, xuất bản và quản lý nội dung theo chỉ dẫn của người dùng.
Duy trì kết nối và xử lý lỗi kỹ thuật.
Bảo vệ người dùng, tài khoản, tính bảo mật và độ ổn định của Ứng dụng.
Tuân thủ pháp luật, nghĩa vụ hợp đồng và chính sách Google.

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu người dùng Google hoặc YouTube; không sử dụng dữ liệu cho quảng cáo cá nhân hóa, tiếp thị lại, quyết định tín dụng, giám sát hoặc hoạt động môi giới dữ liệu; và không sử dụng dữ liệu Google để huấn luyện mô hình AI công khai không liên quan.

6. Xử lý có hỗ trợ AI

Một số tính năng phân tích hoặc hỗ trợ nội dung có thể sử dụng nhà cung cấp AI được phê duyệt với vai trò nhà xử lý công nghệ. Chỉ dữ liệu cần thiết hợp lý để thực hiện yêu cầu của người dùng mới được gửi xử lý. OAuth access token, refresh token, client secret, mật khẩu, developer token và tệp thông tin xác thực không được chủ đích đưa vào prompt AI. Đề xuất do AI tạo được người dùng có thẩm quyền xem xét hoặc chủ động yêu cầu trước khi có thao tác trên tài khoản đã kết nối.

7. Google API Services User Data Policy và Limited Use

Việc sử dụng và chuyển dữ liệu nhận được từ Google API tuân thủ Google API Services User Data Policy, bao gồm các yêu cầu Limited Use, và YouTube API Services Developer Policies áp dụng.

Dữ liệu người dùng Google chỉ được dùng để cung cấp hoặc cải thiện các chức năng trực tiếp cho người dùng được mô tả trong chính sách này. Quyền truy cập của con người được giới hạn trong trường hợp người dùng đồng ý rõ ràng, cần thiết để điều tra sự cố bảo mật/lạm dụng, pháp luật yêu cầu, hoặc dữ liệu đã được tổng hợp và ẩn danh cho hoạt động nội bộ được phép.

8. Chia sẻ dữ liệu và nhà cung cấp dịch vụ

Dữ liệu chỉ có thể được truy cập theo nguyên tắc cần biết bởi:

Nhân sự và cộng tác viên Vin Media Global được ủy quyền cung cấp dịch vụ, hỗ trợ, bảo mật hoặc tuân thủ.
Nhà cung cấp hạ tầng, lưu trữ, bảo mật, AI, phân tích hoặc hỗ trợ kỹ thuật đã được phê duyệt và hoạt động theo chỉ dẫn của chúng tôi.
Cơ quan có thẩm quyền khi pháp luật hoặc quy trình pháp lý hợp lệ yêu cầu.

Nhà cung cấp chỉ được xử lý dữ liệu trong phạm vi cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ theo hợp đồng và không được sử dụng cho mục đích không liên quan. Chúng tôi không công khai hoặc bán dữ liệu Google/YouTube API.

9. Lưu trữ và bảo mật

OAuth token và dữ liệu liên quan được lưu trong môi trường do chúng tôi hoặc nhà xử lý được phê duyệt kiểm soát. Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp quản trị, tổ chức và kỹ thuật hợp lý, gồm kiểm soát truy cập, nguyên tắc quyền tối thiểu, mã hóa khi truyền, tách biệt thông tin xác thực, giám sát bảo mật và hạn chế quyền truy cập hệ thống vận hành. Không có phương thức lưu trữ hoặc truyền tải điện tử nào an toàn tuyệt đối.

10. Thời gian lưu giữ, thu hồi quyền và xóa dữ liệu

Chúng tôi chỉ lưu dữ liệu trong thời gian hợp lý cần thiết để cung cấp dịch vụ, duy trì kết nối được ủy quyền, lưu báo cáo được yêu cầu, hỗ trợ kỹ thuật, bảo vệ an toàn và đáp ứng nghĩa vụ pháp lý hoặc hợp đồng.

Người dùng có thể ngắt kết nối trong Ứng dụng hoặc thu hồi quyền tại Google Security Settings hoặc Google Account Connections.
Khi người dùng thu hồi quyền trong Ứng dụng, chúng tôi sẽ thu hồi token liên quan bằng phương thức lập trình sớm nhất có thể.
Sau khi thu hồi quyền, xóa tài khoản hoặc nhận được yêu cầu xóa hợp lệ, chúng tôi xóa YouTube Authorized Data đã lưu gắn với sự đồng ý đó sớm nhất có thể và không quá 7 ngày theo lịch, trừ dữ liệu bắt buộc phải lưu theo pháp luật.
Chúng tôi định kỳ kiểm tra token còn hợp lệ và xóa dữ liệu API liên quan khi không thể làm mới quyền, theo chính sách YouTube áp dụng.
Xóa dữ liệu do Ứng dụng lưu không làm mất nội dung hoặc dữ liệu đang được YouTube lưu. Để xóa dữ liệu trên YouTube, người dùng phải thao tác trên YouTube hoặc ứng dụng được ủy quyền có hỗ trợ xóa.

11. Quyền và lựa chọn của người dùng

Người dùng có thể yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa dữ liệu cá nhân; yêu cầu xóa OAuth token; rút lại sự đồng ý; hoặc yêu cầu giải thích cách dữ liệu Google được xử lý. Yêu cầu gửi đến contact@vinmediaglobal.com. Chúng tôi xác minh và thường phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày. Yêu cầu xóa YouTube Authorized Data được hoàn tất sớm nhất có thể và không quá 7 ngày theo lịch.

12. Xử lý dữ liệu quốc tế

Nhà cung cấp dịch vụ được phê duyệt có thể xử lý dữ liệu ngoài Việt Nam. Khi áp dụng, chúng tôi thực hiện biện pháp hợp lý để yêu cầu các bảo đảm phù hợp về bảo mật, an toàn và bảo vệ dữ liệu.

13. Quyền riêng tư của trẻ em

Ứng dụng là công cụ phục vụ hoạt động kinh doanh và không hướng đến trẻ em. Chúng tôi không chủ đích yêu cầu trẻ em cấp quyền tài khoản Google.

14. Dịch vụ của bên thứ ba

Google và các dịch vụ bên thứ ba hoạt động theo chính sách bảo mật và điều khoản riêng. Chính sách này không kiểm soát cách các nhà cung cấp đó độc lập thu thập hoặc xử lý thông tin thông qua dịch vụ của họ.

15. Thay đổi chính sách

Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật chính sách khi Ứng dụng, hoạt động xử lý dữ liệu, pháp luật hoặc yêu cầu của Google thay đổi. Phiên bản mới sẽ được công bố trên trang này cùng ngày cập nhật. Nếu thay đổi quan trọng ảnh hưởng đến việc sử dụng dữ liệu Google đã được cấp quyền trước đó, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo và xin lại sự đồng ý khi cần.
